We have a wide range of Curved Rollers to solve manufacturing problems, originated when wrinkles or bubbles appear in the covering. For this, our technical department will design and advice the best solution for a good working of the handling machines, achieving a high degree of product quality.
To optimise each application performance, we have all kind of coatings available according to the working conditions and necessary contributions. Thus, for high temperature conditions we apply a special coating, or for anti-adherent applications we place a Teflon liner. In the case of high working speeds and due to the paper abrasiveness, rollers with a highly-polished metallic liner are recommended.
Fixed Deflection Rollers
They are applied to avoid the formation or wrinkles in the band, as well as to maintain the webbing in the correct position, thus affecting positively to the web life.
Double Curved Rollers
They are applied in cases where the tendency to the formation of bubbles and wrinkles in the band is unequal or there are irregularities only in one side of the band. These rollers have an independent drive by both ends.
Variable Deflection Curved Roller
They are used for areas where the tendency to the formation of bubbles is very deep, allowing to adjust the deflection according to the deployment needs in full running of the machine. It is manufactured as an option, with remote control for locations where access to the roller is difficult.
